In this episode of Talk Therapy, I'm sharing a simple tool for anxiety (specifically panic attacks) called square breathing.

We all experience anxiety on different levels. Some are able to cope, while others are more susceptible to overwhelm. By learning how to recognize the signs of anxiety in our bodies, we can better practice relaxation techniques or, if necessary, choose the most beneficial kind of therapy. 

Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
